Rillmark Pvt Ltd is a certified Digital agency/ IT company building innovative web solutions for the last 5 years. We have a team of 50+ existing Web Ninjas with a modern office based in the heart of Kathmandu (Maitidevi).

Job Title: Websites Manager

Reporting to: Project Manager

Reported by: Junior Website Manager x 3

Salary: Rs 30,000 - Rs 50,000 per month based on experience 

Overall purpose of the job: To be the project coordinator for client’s websites and ensure the smooth running of each project cycle.

Type of person required: We are implementing many new changes across the company so a positive attitude and the ability to influence people in a positive manner is essential. This person must be highly accountable, pro-active and take pride in their work. We are looking for someone who has an excellent eye for detail and is highly organised. This is a newly created job role. 

2 KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Websites 

• Good website project management skills to be able to coordinate project cycle from beginning to end, for websites, microsites or landing pages for international brands
• Excellent English knowledge to be able to communicate with International clients, understand the brief/ requirement and translate those into actionable items for different team members
• Excellent understanding of web design & web development principles and cycle to be able to utilize different internal teams and execute a project successfully
• Good knowledge of Web Architecture & UI design to be able to create UI mockups and instruct/ supervise the Graphic Team
• Working knowledge of HTML/ CSS to be able to supervise the Web Design Team during the project and fix minor issues when required
• Working knowledge of PHP to be able to supervise the Web Development Team during the project and fix minor issues when required
• Good knowledge of Hosted Server, Domain, DNS (preferably with AWS experience) to be able to set up server, investigate issues when they occur and supervise System Admin on go-live
• Good understanding of Website Content Management Systems (preferably with EpiServer,Magento, PrestaShop, WooCommerce or any other E-commerce CMS experience) to be able to oversee the work done by Website Management Teams 

Training and Leadership

• Good leadership skills to be able manage 3 Junior Website Managers and wider CMS Team
• Good communication abilities, mentorship skills and open-minded to be able to train and upgrade the skills of juniors staff members

Ad hoc projects

• Be able to provide input and work as a team member in different aspects of Rillmark’s work and such other tasks as appropriate 

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:

Essential 

• Experience in Website Design & Development and good understanding of its principle and cycles
• Experience in Web Server Handling
• Experience in working in an environment with Website Content Management Systems (preferably with EpiServer,Magento, PrestaShop, WooCommerce or any other E-commerce CMS)
• Be able to demonstrate analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Experience of working in a busy office environment with competing demands

Education

• Good educational background, preferably in the generic fields of Computer Science or IT (Master Degree preferred or Bachelor's degree with a good 2-3 years of experience in project management and cycles)

Language Skills 

• Excellent verbal and written English language skills to be able to comprehend both incoming and outgoing communication with clients based in different countries around the world (primarily in UK, USA, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Australia)
