Website Designer / Developer

Hello, all we are looking for a web-designer and developer, who are capable of :
1. Designing new templates, layouts, Mockups, based on client’s requirement, in photoshop or illustrator.
2. Able to slice them up, using html5/xhtml/css3 into html or php files.
3. Make them responsive, in all devices and compatible in all Modern Browsers.
4. Able to Convert them to Wordpress theme, simple development only like installing simple plugins like contact form 7, gravity forms etc nothing fancy. we have programmers to look into core customization.

Guidance to customizing themes will be provided, we also have bunch of purchased themes from theme forest those has to be integrated and installed, contents will be provided.

Some overhaul jobs will need to be done, example: a basic old website has to be converted into new wordpress based website, using the themes we have.
