JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Our newly establishing IT Agency is looking for Web developers.

• Previous experience working as a PHP developer for a minimum of 3 years
• Strong knowledge in PHP, MYSQL, LAMP stack, XHTML, HTML, Java, Javascript, JQuery
• A strong understanding of OOP programming, browser compatibility, SEO practices,
  and version control
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Attention to detail
• Responsive design experience a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for assigned web development projects from initial concept through to design, development and testing activities
• Work with other front-end and back-end developers within existing delivery frameworks and/or assist in the set up new procedures and processes relating to the Development Team and to ensure that these procedures are followed
• Liaise with the Design team on all aspects of design-led development tasks and projects
• Ensure a consistent brand value and vision is communicated through all aspects of development output
• Understand and be responsible for the development techniques involved in projects and to be satisfied with the form and function of any website before it goes into production
• Contribute to agile processes for producing quality software and become proficient with our source code and project tracking tools
• Proactively contribute to ongoing development and process improvement
• Contribute, share ideas, be passionate, and inspire your colleagues
• Ensure that all work produced is to the highest possible standard including code comments, documentation and source code management
• Assist in the scheduling of development and design projects, to aim for even workflow and to monitor the time spent on any given project, thus ensuring the greatest possible efficiency
