Web Developer - Ruby on Rails

Codyssey Web Nepal Pvt. Ltd. is a partner of a startup engineering group in the US, and we are looking for motivated and experienced Web Developers, who have a few years work experience with Web Development preferably using Ruby on Rails.

As a ROR Developer at Codyssey Nepal, you will be working on various projects, primarily in architecting and building Web Applications using tools such as Ruby on Rails, ReactJS etc. We are a very enthusiastic bunch of Web Developers who would enjoy learning from you, and from whom you surely can learn a lot too.

We're looking for someone who has fun doing Web Application development, takes pride in his/her work, and a decent person we would enjoy working with.

Basic requirements include knowledge of OOP, Ruby/Rails, Javascript, Css, Unix, MySql, MVC, Web Services, RESTful Architecture, APIs, Front End Javascript Frameworks, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Amazon Web Services, Servers and Deployment, Agile Methodologies like Scrum, and anything else you would find in the toolbelt of an accomplished Web Developer.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has at least a couple of years experience with Web Application development, primarily on Ruby on Rails. But, we also welcome applications if you've worked primarily on similar scripting languages and web development technologies, and have learned Ruby on your own or through limited professional experience with it.
