Web Designer

WebEssence is seeking for bright and energetic individuals to fill up a Responsive Web Designer position. The ideal candidate will be an excellent problem solver, methodical, inquisitive, incredibly resourceful, eager to learn new technologies and passionate about exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities

• Design and code a variety of web design projects as assigned
• Plan and develop design concepts using current technologies and applications
• Contribute to overall team performance by providing innovative design solutions
• Communicate with clients and team members to define design project goals
• Compile and analyze industry trends and present to management

Requirements

• Successfully demonstrated experience in web design, online advertising creative (Display banners, HTML Emails, etc.), typography and information design
  
  
• Experience in the following technologies and processes:
• HTML
• Responsive Design
• Photoshop and Illustrator
• CSS and JavaScript
• Strong time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Diligent work ethic. Must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the job done
• Ability to function in a team environment
• Proven competence and ability in designing websites, landing pages and emails
