We were among the first INGOs on the ground and operational following the earthquake, providing medical treatment and essential supplies. Our technical staff on the ground now includes physicians, nurses, surgeons, as well as specialists in water, sanitation and hygiene, mental health and psycho-social support and nutrition.

Job Description:

The volunteer researchers will conduct rapid data collection in few project sites of Gorkha district using qualitative focus group discussions and interviews.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct qulitative interviews and focus group discussions
  • Record the documents
  • Transcribe the records
  • Prepare field notes in English

Minimum Education and Qualification:

  • Bachelors in Arts, Management , Public Heatlh, or any other relevant field
  • Experience of conducting qualitative and quantitatve research interviews and discussions
  • Good understanding about research ethics
  • Excellent  English  verbal and written skills
