Our technical staff on the ground now includes physicians, nurses, surgeons, as well as specialists in water, sanitation and hygiene, mental health and psycho-social support and nutrition.

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Training Consultant will be responsible to deliver SC training in assigned IMC districts/ clusters and prepare Training Report and submit it to Nutrition Manager after completion of training

ESSENTIAL DUITES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  He/she will be responsible to prepare training material before hand and  discuss the training schedule with NPO or Nutrition Manager.
  •  He/she will be responsible to deliver the training as per the standard SC manual.
  •  He/she will be responsible to prepare comprehensive training report after completion of training.
  •  He/she will be responsible to manage logistics in consultation with IMC staff during training period.
  • He/she will also administer tests and performance checks, provide 1:1 coaching, coordinate with IMC partners, report results and issues as needed.
  • Training Consultant will collaborate with subject matter experts and Nutrition Manager to continually improve training.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION:

  •     Paediatrician or related field.
  •     Experience in SAM Management Training.
  •     Experience in writing training report and summary report.
  •     Fluent in English and Nepali language.
  •     MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel experience required.
