About the role: 

We are looking for a training consultant. This role will have two major responsibilities:

  1. You will plan our organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. You will identify training and developmental needs of our professional services team with line managers and drive suitable training initiatives that build loyalty to the firm. You will be enhancing employees’ skills, performance, productivity and quality of work.
  2. You will support professional services team to create training materials (user manuals and videos) of our UK based customer projects. 

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience on Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in using and/or designing business applications (CRM or ERP applications preferred)
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Strong verbal and written English skills
