Job Position: Ticketing Officer - 01 (Ladies only)

Educational Qualification: Bachelors running

Experience: At least 6 month exprience as a ticketing officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure ticket stocks are correctly logged, stocked, stored and all material properly stocked and displayed.
• Sale of tickets, including face to face bookings, group bookings and telephonic booking
• Setting up tickets 
• Handling telephone enquiries and customer service
• Reconciling cash drawers at the end of each shift
• Daily, weekly and annual reporting on ticketing statistics and trends. 

Key Competencies:

• verbal and written communication skills with good command over English
• professional personal presentation

• Knowledge in rules and regulation of airline restrictions

• Computer proficiency (Microsoft office applications)

Salary: Rs. 10,000 to 15,000 (provided based on experience and qualification) plus allowances

Working hour: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
