Responsibilities of Subject Head:

___________________________________ 

Reporting directly to the coordinator at Trinity Co Ed, he/she will be responsible for:

  • Finalizing the revised curricular materials on [Subject] for all grades, including unit plans and assessments, in response to student achievement data and to ensure that daily instruction is aligned to the ACADEMIC PLAN. 
  • Create Academic Plan and implement it through team 
  • Create and lead professional development sessions on [Subject] curriculum and pedagogy for scholars.
  • Analyzing student’s theoretical and practical knowledge on [Subject] instructions and support academic team to prioritize next steps education to ensure that delivered instruction is implemented at a consistently high level. 
  • Analyzing and presenting data to drive delivered instruction for progressive outcomes.

Qualifications of Subject Head: 

Our ideal Subject Head must exemplify proficiency in the following areas:

  • A minimum of 4 years full-time class room teaching experience preferred with demonstrated high student achievement
  • Create and Implement systems to ensure leaders and teachers are using data to drive [subject] instruction
  • Proven ability to coach towards becoming superb teacher of their own teams;
  • Priority shall be given to candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a management or leadership capacity;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities from a variety of sources, organizing and prioritizing effectively to impact areas of greatest need;
  • Experience organizing and running effective meetings and event across an organization;
  • Ability to deconstruct complex problems and develop coherent, actionable strategies;
  • Experience developing standards-based [Subject] curriculum
  • Enthusiastic person who could work through set goals
  • Excellent communicator who could provide and collect timely feedback and support;
  • Having ability and interest to work in a start-up, fast paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment;
  • Demonstrated ability to speak and write clearly, succinctly and persuasively such that expectations are clear, timelines are delineated, and excellence is defined;
  • A Master degree in a related field. 
  • Demonstrated interest and passion for given subject.

  • Observing student’s theoretical and practical knowledge on [Subject] instructions to Subject HOD. 
  • Collecting and using data to drive delivered instruction for progressive outcomes.

Qualifications of Main Teacher:

  • A minimum of 2 years full-time class room teaching experience preferred with demonstrated high student achievement
  • Experience developing standards-based [Subject] curriculum
  • Enthusiastic person who could work through set goals
  • Excellent communicator who could provide and collect timely feedback and support;
  • Having ability and interest to work in a start-up, fast paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment;

Reporting directly to the Subject HOD Head at Trinity Co Ed, he/she will be responsible for:

  • Assisting Subject HOD and Main Teacher to revise existing curricular materials for [Level] including unit plans and assessments, in response to student achievement data and to ensure that daily instruction is aligned to the ACADEMIC PLAN. 
  • Being active participants of professional development sessions on [Level] curriculum and pedagogy for scholars.
  • Observing and reporting student’s theoretical and practical knowledge on [Level] instructions to Academic Head and supporting them in prioritizing next steps education to ensure that delivered instruction is implemented at a consistently high level. 
  • Assisting teacher to run regular class with needed teaching materials and support.
  • Collecting data to drive delivered instruction for progressive outcomes.

Qualifications of Assistant Teacher: 

Our ideal Assistant Teacher must exemplify proficiency in the following areas:

  • A minimum of 1 year full-time class room teaching experience preferred with demonstrated high student achievement
  • Priority shall be given to candidates with experience in assisting in developing standards-based [Subject] curriculum
  • Enthusiastic person who could work through set goals
  • Excellent communicator who could provide and collect timely feedback and support;
  • Having ability and interest to work in a start-up, fast paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment;
  • Demonstrated ability to speak and write clearly in English language
  • 10+2 or above in a related field. 
  • Demonstrated interest and passion for given subject.

Reporting directly to the Principal at Trinity Co Ed, he/she will be responsible for:

  • Revising existing curricular materials for [Pre-Primary Level] including unit plans and assessments, in response to student achievement data and to ensure that daily instruction is aligned to the ACADEMIC PLAN. 
  • Being active participants of professional development sessions on [Level] curriculum and pedagogy for scholars.
  • Observing and reporting student’s theoretical and practical knowledge on [Level] instructions to Academic Head and supporting them in prioritizing next steps education to ensure that delivered instruction is implemented at a consistently high level. 
  • Collecting and using data to drive delivered instruction for progressive outcomes.

Our Pre-Primary Level curriculum includes:

  • Reading, Writing, and Math Workshop units with daily lesson plans.
  • Shared texts, Guided Reading, and Read Aloud using our THINK Literacy framework.
  • Project-based learning (PBL) which is a theme-based learning that is integrated into all Literacy components.
  • Math Facts and Number Stories that involves problem-solving based on real-world story context.
  • Conversation, Rhymes and Story Telling both in English and Nepali Language.

Qualifications of Grade Teacher: 

Our ideal Grade Teacher must exemplify proficiency in the following areas:

  • A minimum of 2 years of full time class room experience 
  • Training on child teaching and caring junior student from well know institution
  • Training with Montessori based teaching methods will be given priority
  • Enthusiastic person who could work through set goals
  • Excellent communicator who could provide and collect timely feedback and support;
  • Having ability and interest to work in a start-up, fast paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment;
  • 10+2 in any discipline with a preference for a bachelor’s degree in a related field. 
  • Demonstrated interest and passion for given subject.

Responsibilities of Hostel Warden:

Reporting directly to the Principal at Trinity Co Ed, he/she will be responsible for:

  • To frame policy on the running of the hostels, messes and other facilities within the hostel. 
  • To ensure that no ragging takes place in the hostels and maintain a ragging free Hostels. 
  • To plan for up-gradation of Facilities in the hostels. 
  • To ensure maintenance of Discipline in and around the Hostel 
  • Any other responsibility assigned by the Director 
  • Being active participants of professional development sessions. 
  • Observing and reporting student’s behavior and belief trends to Principal.
  • Collecting and using data to drive delivered instruction for progressive outcomes.

Qualifications of Hostel Warden: 

Our ideal Hostel Warden must exemplify proficiency in the following areas:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing boys hostel.
  • Training on child teaching and caring junior student from well know institution
  • Enthusiastic person who could work through set goals
  • Excellent communicator who could provide and collect timely feedback and support;
  • Having ability and interest to work in a start-up, fast paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment;
  • Demonstrated interest and passion for given subject.
  • A bachelor’s degree with a preference for a graduate degree in a related field.

  • Preparation: Ability to do the intellectual work needed to deliver instruction at a high level. Every teacher receives at least 1 daily planning preparation periods. Regular coordination with assistant teacher, support unit and Academic head to create and implement effective instruction of better output every day.
  • Self-Reflection: Ability to accept and implement feedback received on an ongoing basis for continuous improvement.
  • Stamina: Ability to handle the intensity required to work an extended school day in a very high-performing school environment.
