Sr. Software Engineer- UI/UX

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Design analysis, UI design, development, deployment and maintenance of medium scale projects.
• Write modular dynamic design layout, reusable and excellent quality code through markup validations, browser and device compatibility, code reviews and implementation of best practices. Ensure the same within the team.
• Make architectural design decisions in collaboration with technology experts, ensure proper technical design documentation.
• Ensure scalability, performance, reliability and reusability of the design layouts
• Pro­active involvement in project design risk analysis and mitigation, continuously review design problems/ issues to determine the root cause in order to prevent them in the future.
• Mentor and share knowledge within the team and outside the team as well when necessary and help in the continuous growth of junior team members.
• Actively involve in ensuring implementation of organizational culture, process, and standards in the team.
• Communicate effectively with the client and team.
• Keep up with technology trends, implement trending technologies within the project and provide trainings to the team. 

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Graduate in Computer Engineering or any disciple or similar IT background with equivalent practical experience in UIUX
• At least 3 years of professional designing experience
• Excellent Knowledge of Dynamic HTML CSS+ layout and good concepts of design trends.
• Mastery and demonstrable experience with at least one HTML CSS Framework, and related Frameworks/technologies. Experience of multiple UI and prototype tools and cross cutting technologies is desirable.
• Demonstrable experience of design testing and continuous development
• Demonstrable technical design documentation experience e.g. Style Guide, Color Pallet Document, Layout and Architecture Design Document etc.
• Demonstrable experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum/Kanban
• Demonstrable experience with HTML, CSS, javascript, UIUX, IxD, UCD, Usability, design scalability, availability and performance
• Good concept of Mobile Design Guidelines, and UIUX.
• Demonstrable experience with design delivery and task management process.
• Project skills ­ ability to understand product vision and empathize with the client business; ability to plan resources and schedules; ability to plan and implement change management; ability to negotiate tactfully with the client and team;  
• People skills ­ ability to supervise, delegate & empower team members; ability to persuade, motivate, inspire and mentor team members; ability to provide direct and candid feedback to team members on their performance
