Social Media officer

Responsibilities:

• Should be familiar with the industry in which the company works in

• Manage company’s social media accounts (ie: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etcetera)

• Creating and posting relevant content to reach the company’s target customers

• Active in company’s social media platforms and engage in dialogues and answering questions whenever appropriate

• Design, create and manage promotions and social media campaigns

• Prepare weekly report for management showing results (ROI)

• Prepare weekly analytics of all social media accounts

• Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy

Competencies Required:

• Experience in running campaigns in Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, Twitter, Flickr, YouTube, Pinterest, and more

• Knowledge of social media and analytics software (Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)

• Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strategic content creation and excellent writing skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Bonus experience and skills include Adobe Creative Suite and blogging
