Senior Principal Dot Net Engineer

(f.k.a Verisk Information Technologies Pvt.Ltd.) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Verscend Inc. a rapidly expanding healthcare data-mining company based in Waltham, Mass. Apart from assisting the parent company with the development of the software, research, and data analysis and solutions, Verscend Technologies is also involved in independent software and website development for other small to medium sized clients. Verscend Technologies is one of the largest software solutions company in Nepal employing around 300 engineers and attracting the brightest of the engineering graduates in Nepal.
Details / requirements:
Position: Senior Principal Dot Net Engineer
- 6+ years of experience in the related field
- Good command on OOP
- Excellent knowledge on C# .Net, HTML / CSS, XML
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output.
- Working knowledge of version control
Required Technical Skills
- C#
- .NET Framework 2, 3.0 /3.5 /4.0
- Unit testing knowledge - Nunit
- Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL scripting, Stored Procedures.
Additional Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration (CI) using Bamboo, Sonar etc.
- Knowledge of InstallShield
- Knowledge on Agile Process will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skill and ability to present out of box solution for given issues
- Good knowledge on Unix/AIX operating systems
