A team of established International Non-Governmental Organizations working in Nepal hereby invites applications from interested candidates for the following full time positions for a DFID Funded opportunity in Nepal on Women’s Economic Empowerment (Sabalaa) for a period of 5.5 years which is expected to start by April 2017.

Position: Senior Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Coordinator

Key responsibilities: The Senior MEL Coordinator will be responsible to develop the overall framework for the project’s M&E systems, in collaboration with DFID and senior project staff, including requirements, reporting, baseline, and evaluation surveys. S/he will facilitate knowledge management practices and real-time, applied and collaborative learning processes, generate robust evidence for project and programmatic learning that leads to action, decision-making and influence. The incumbent will coordinate data collection at project sites to monitor program development and ensure timely compilation and reporting of data and capture and document lessons learned and champion the scaling up of best practices.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Master’s degree in statistics, economics, public health, or related field required with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in and demonstrated expertise in M&E of donor-funded development programs. Experience with M&E for DFID funded programming and knowledge of DFID data collection and reporting requirements.
