Details / requirements:

Primary Purpose:

To support and administer the Management practices within Rash International Trading.

Scope:

Physical: Primarily across Districts and Territories in Nepal.  Traveling is required.

Role: Under the direction and support of the Managing Director and the Seniors Executives plan and execute business growth, maintain and build business relations with existing and potential customers, increase sales.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Overall Supervision/monitoring of Market activities.
  • Making plan for individuals and group to achieve the sales target.
  • Should fill up monthly target.
  • Work with Dealer and Retailers.
  • Good relation with multinational companies.
  • Preparing reports regarding sales of every working day.
  • Keeping the clients informed about the upcoming programs.
  • Manage all marketing communication and marketing requirements through effective management of the marketing function.
  • Facilitate Management Team to review and evaluate business performance in Business review meetings.
  • Manage relationships and service quality & standards

Required Capabilities:

Experience:

Minimum experience requirement of 3 year in the relevant field.

Qualification:

  • MBA or MBM Graduate. B. V. Sc Gradutaes with minumum 2 years experience are  encouraged to apply for the postion.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
