FHI 360 Nepal 

REQUEST FOR QUOTATION TO SUPPLY 3 UNITS OF LENOVO THINKPAD T44OP NOTEBOOK

The Request for Quotation (RFQ) is invited from registered agencies in Kathmandu to supply 3 units of Lenovo ThinkPad T440P Notebook – Premium Series to FHI 360 Nepal’sCountry Office in Baluwatar. The following documents must be submitted along with the quotation:

1. Company Profile

2. A copy of PAN/VAT registration certificate

3. A copy of the Company registration certificate

4. Tax clearance certificate

5. VAT deposit slip of last 3 months

6. List of clients

Specifications of the notebook can be requested through email to nlama@fhi360.org. The rates should be quoted in USD (CIF, Kathmandu). Selection will be done based on cost and services being provided by the supplierto its’ existing clients.

Hard copy of the quotation along with specified supporting documents requested can be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Quotation for Lenovo Notebook” through following mailing address:

Hand delivered to FHI 360 Nepal’s Country Office located inAnamikaGalli, Baluwatar (Reception area, Third floor) 

Deadline for submission of quotation is November 6, 2014, 12:00 noon (in case of submission through mailing address, only sealed envelopes postmarked before the deadline date will be considered).
