REQUEST FOR APPLICATION (RFA)

From Nepali civil society and media coalitions (federation, network) and organizations to lead policy reform advocacy efforts and improve institutional governance of civil society and media sectors in Nepal

FHI 360, an international non-governmental organization, is seeking an Application from registered Nepali civil society and media coalitions and organizations to lead policy reform advocacy efforts and improve institutional governance of civil society and media sectors in Nepal. Selected coalitions/organizations will work as implementing partner agency (IA) for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)-funded Civil Society: Mutual Accountability Project (CS:MAP).

Interested Nepali civil society and media coalitions and organizations are requested to submit an Application based on the guidelines for preparation of the Application. Federation, network or a group of organizations working for a common objective will be considered a coalition for this RFA. The selection process involves review of Applications and an onsite organizational pre-appraisal of the shortlisted applicants. Guidelines for preparation of Application can be requested through email at nepal.eoi@fhi360.org or a hard copy can be collected from FHI 360 Nepal Country Office reception desk between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday) . A bidders’ conference/question and answer session will be held at FHI 360 Office, Baluwatar on August 15, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. for interested organizations.

Deadline for submission of Application is September 02, 2016, 5:00 p.m. (In case of submission through postal mailing address, only envelopes postmarked before the deadline date will be considered). Application received after the deadline will not be considered for evaluation.
