REQUEST FOR APPLICATION (RFA)

from specialist Nepali civil society organizations to provide capacity building support to civil society and media organizations

FHI 360, an international non-governmental organization, is seeking an Application from registered Nepali specialist civil society organizations (with expertise and specialization in the relevant areas) to provide capacity building, mentoring and other forms of technical assistance to civil society and media organizations using the advocacy tools of FHI 360 and other tested practices. Selected specialist organizations will work as Intermediary Service Organizations (ISOs) and implementing partner agency (IA)for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)-funded Civil Society: Mutual Accountability Project (CS:MAP).

Interested Nepali (civil society) organizations are requested to submit an Application based on the guidelines for preparation of the Application. The selection process involves review of Applications and an onsite organizational pre-appraisal of the shortlisted applicants.Guidelines for preparationof Application can be requested through email at nepal.eoi@fhi360.org or a hard copy can be collected from FHI 360 Nepal Country Office reception desk between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday). A question and answer session will be held on September 9, 2016. Interested organizations may contact FHI 360 office by phone or email by September 7, 2016 for details on venue and time for the session.

Deadline for submission of Application is October 3, 2016, 5:00 p.m. (In case of submission through postal mailing address, only envelopes postmarked before the deadline date will be considered). Application received after the deadline will not be considered for evaluation.
