Search Education, www.searchedu.global, facilitates end to end application process for international students and assist them in finding the right courses and education providers globally using our website.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Flexibility working six nights and/or days in a week with rostered shifts
- Handling basic enquiries via online chat such as Zendesk, Facebook etc and registering visitor’s details
- Answering students/parents queries face-to-face, over phones, skype, viber and integrated chat window on our website
- Cold call and regular follow-up with potential students to generate conversion
- Performing admin tasks when assigned
- Play a pivotal role in developing, growing and maintaining the brand identity of the business and work towards reputation management
- Marketing, communications and public relations duties that will enhance the Organization’s image and position within the marketplace and the general public
- Willing to learn, grow and lead in future
Requirements/Skills
- Excellent English language communication skills
- Exceptional customer service, research and interpersonal skills
- Must be 10+2 passed
- Excellent error-free typing speed (30WPM with 90% Accuracy)
- Career orientated and ambitious
- Knowledge and practical experience across all social media channels
- Knowledge and interest in education and technology would be highly regarded. Some technical troubleshooting skills will be highly regarded
- Positive attitude and multitasking ability
No experience required. Training will be provided with good incentives for the right candidates open to leading role in future.
