Details / requirements:
Rosebay Consulting is looking for a highly qualified technical manager to lead its emerging Research and Development Unit. The R&D manager is a newly created role reporting directly to the Chief Technical Officer. The R&D Manager will lead Rosebay Consulting International Division’s efforts in technical research on new areas identified by marketing, work with development team to determine development strategy and assess the product development requirements.
This position is ideal for a visionary; who can assess, understand and drive the development of products of the future.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Masters degree in Computer or Software Engineering/Science
- 5 years previous work experience in product development or R&D
- Previous technical work experience in Finance/Banking sector will be an asset
- Previous experience in business areas or/and an MBA degree will be an asset
