Job Position: Project Manager                       

Job Location: Kohalpur

Schedule: Full-time

Eligibility: Bachelor in Civil Engineering/Architecture, or equivalent or above; and at least three years of experience in Housing Sector preferably Affordable Housing Sector.

Job Description:

• Design, plan and implement Cost-Effective Housing Projects.
• Prepare and update project annual and quarterly work plans.
• Maintain coordination and communication between all concerned stakeholders.
• Ensure that contractors/subcontractors mobilize and deliver the outputs in accordance with their letters of agreement or contracts.
• Ensure project funds are disbursed properly; expenditure is in accordance with the project document and project work plans.
• Ensure accounting records and supporting documents are properly kept and financial reports are prepared.
• Supervise project staffs and local consultants working for the project.
• Prepare monthly project progress reports.
• Monitor the implementation of project activities through regular field visits, interactions with staff, partners and concerned stakeholders.

Computer Skills:

• AutoCAD 2D, MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power-point
