Job Description
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for a successful delivery of quality project. Your major tasks are (but not limited to):
- Involve in all stages of project development right from undertanding project requirement document and preparing initial project proposal; estimating time and resources required for the project; preparing storyboard
- Communicate with the clients throughout the project development
- Analyze risk for the project, and plan for its mitigation
- Plan human resource for the project, and assign/delegate project tasks to team members
- Monitor and track the projects for assuring timely delivery of quality project
- Assure quality control of the project through quality analysts
- Document the project in the form of project proposal, storyboard, project status/progress report, project closure report and project compilation report with thorough analysis.
Job Specification
- Work experience as a programmer for more than 2 years and as team leader or project manager for at least 2 years
- Excellent analytical skills and planning skills
- Must have leadership skills and problem solving ability
- Excellent project management and team management skills
- Proactive and enthusiastic
- Must be research oriented
- Accountability and Responsible
- Self motivated, positive attitude and strong zeal towards learning
Other Requirement
- MBA degree would be an added advantage
