Details / requirements:

SWAN, a leading NGO in the field of community development, education and health invites application from the qualified and competent candidates for the post of Project Manager to implement Community Health Development (CHD) Project in Baglung district.

Number of Project Manager: 1 person

Period: 12 months with possible extension

Major Responsibilities: Based in Baglung, a Project Manager will be responsible for overall management and operation of SWAN/AoG operated project under the supervision of Program Manager which includes data collection, need assessment, reporting, performing occasional outreach quality assessment by community visits, support Program Assistants, regular interaction with stakeholders and Government liaison to ensure the effectiveness and quality of the program.

Experience and competency:

·         At least 3 years working experience in Project Management at district level

·         Have training facilitation and curriculum design skills

·         Good coordination and leadership skills

·         Have experience in pharmacy and other health works at the village level

·         Have good spoken and writing skills in English

·         Self motivated, friendly, and able to work in team

·         Willing to work in the field

·         Good inter personal skills

·         Good computer skills (MS Excel and Word)

Educational qualification: Bachelors in Pharmacy / Bachelors in Public Health with clinical background.
