RBPW invites applications from qualified and experienced Nepali citizens for the following position. 

Position:  Program Officer –PO (one) 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare annual work plan /budget and report  
• Monitor the field activities and ensure the quality of implementation 
• Ensure the impacts of supports to sponsored child and family
• To take leading responsibilities in planning, implementing and monitoring of donor service communication.
• Proper recording of sponsored children and families’ information
• Maintaining, analyzing and management of their databases.
• Conduct workshop, interaction session and training on donor service and child sponsorship matter to the project staff, sponsored children/family, and community.
• Translation from Nepali to English and vice versa. 
• Instruct and coordinate with project staff in donor service related matters to maintain donor service compliance. 
• Manage photos of sponsored children and family.
• Coordinate and make linkage with  VDC/MC level line agencies and CBOs 
• Build capacity of field workers.  

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCES

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Social Science or in related field. 
• Good command in English and Nepalese language. (both speaking and writing)
• Experiences in operating computer (Windows XP, Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and email/internet. 
• Candidate having working experience in NGOs and/or child sponsorship program will be an advantage.
