JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Procurement

  • Under Procurement, he/she is responsible for the process of selecting vendors, establishing payment terms, strategic prior formal & thorough examination, and selection, the negotiation of contracts/agreements and actual purchasing of the goods under the procurement procedures.

Logistics  

  • Transportation management,
  • Inventory management by maintaining & monitoring all the office inventory & equipments,
  • Store Management and
  • Logistic Information Management

Repair & Maintenance

  • Conduct regular operational reviews for preventive maintenance,
  • Manage in repairing / maintaining the equipment, tools, etc as and when required and
  • Make sure that each production function is going on a smooth manner.

Event Management

  • Prepare program budgets & facilitate programs around the company.

Others:

  • Assist in performing day to day office functions.
  • Support in managing and resolving operational issues.
  • Update internal operating procedures document as needed.
  • Provide guidance to staff in resolving operational problems as and when required.
  • Conduct regular meetings to discuss about the operational updates, ideas and issues.
  • Ensure that operational activities are executed within allocated budget & timelines.
  • Perform budget allocation and expense management for all business operational activities.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve operational effectiveness & quickly.
  • Provide follow-ups as well as update internal operating procedures document.
  • Accomplished any other job as assigned by the managing director as & when required.

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED :

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management 
  • Good Computer skills (MS-Word & Excel) is needed.
  • Strong English Proficiency on both oral and written is required
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
  • Must possess 2 wheeler transport with valid driving license.
