Details / requirements:

MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take and distribute accurate messages
  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming email and message
  • Monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required
  • Scan and copy documents
  • Maintain office filing and storage systems
  • Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information
  • Co-ordinate and maintain staff administrative records such as attendance, leave, benefit, PPO, maintaining daily operation and activities etc.
  • Type documents, reports and correspondence
  • Perform work related errands as requested such as going to the different government office and bank
  • Meeting Planning and Scheduling
  • Maintaining Employment Vacancies
  • Letter writing and office event management skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors in B.Com / BBS / BBA
  • Business College training an advantage
  • Competent computer skills including MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint), and internet skills including (gmail, google-doc, google-sheet) or equivalent
  • Basic software computers and hardware knowledge
