BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
  • IBI is searching for Nepali candidates to serve in various staff positions for an anticipated USAID public financial management project in Nepal. The project is anticipated to start in early 2016. A limited number of  candidates may be interviewed in person in Kathmandu, Nepal September 19-22, others will be interviewed by phone at a later date.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
  • Information Technology Specialist for Financial Management:   Guide and Support efforts to implement or upgrade financial management systems and to connect financial management systems of different agencies, develop and implement capacity building programs in IT systems management and financial software application use, develop policies, procedures, and manuals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Nepali citizenship, or Nepali residency with deep understanding of Nepal's government and culture.
  • Fluent in Nepali and in English
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Systems and Enterprise systems management
  • Minimum a Bachelor-level university degree, preferably an advanced degree.  
  • Experience with financial management information systems
  • Experience working in a Nepali Government Agency preferred.
