Job Description
Post Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist
Work Station: Kathmandu
Supervisor: Chief of Party
Specific Job Responsibilities
M&E specialist will liaise broad range of government, donor, and other stakeholders about monitoring and evaluating the Logistics activities:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities of the M&E will include but not be limited to the following:
- Monitor the progress of indicators laid down in PBMS.
- Establishes the Health for Life (H4L) Logistics contract's monitoring system including all accepted indicators and additional qualitative designed to monitoring work progress with Health for Life (H4L) Logistics contract objectives.
- Supervises monitoring activities in the field, supporting Program Officers/field in quality assurance.
- Provide support to GoN and other partners with Logistics monitoring and improvement in LMIS.
- Support GoN to use data in planning and budgeting, and performance improvement.
- Serves as a member of Management Team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The M&E specialist must have at least:
- Five years of experience M&E.
- Possess a Master's degree in a related field.
- Able to demonstrate expertise in M&E of equally large complex activities.
- Good oral/written English communication skills.
- Fluent in Nepali.
