Post Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist 

Work Station: Kathmandu 

Supervisor: Chief of Party

Specific Job Responsibilities

M&E specialist will liaise broad range of government, donor, and other stakeholders about monitoring and evaluating the Logistics activities:  

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities of the M&E will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Monitor the progress of indicators laid down in PBMS.
  • Establishes the Health for Life (H4L) Logistics contract's monitoring system including all accepted indicators and additional qualitative designed to monitoring work progress with Health for Life (H4L) Logistics contract objectives. 
  • Supervises monitoring activities in the field, supporting Program Officers/field in quality assurance. 
  • Provide support to GoN and other partners with Logistics monitoring and improvement in LMIS. 
  • Support GoN to use data in planning and budgeting, and performance improvement. 
  • Serves as a member of Management Team.  

QUALIFICATIONS:

The M&E specialist must have at least:

  • Five years of experience M&E.
  • Possess a Master's degree in a related field. 
  • Able to demonstrate expertise in M&E of equally large complex activities. 
  • Good oral/written English communication skills.
  • Fluent in Nepali.
