Position: Master Trainer

Specific duties and responsibilities

  • Assist Chief Master Trainer (CMT) to plan, implement, monitor and evaluate Halo Palo's program and prepare relevant reports;
  • Coordinate with concerned staff of Hamro Palo and GaauPaalika, school/principal, and relevant district authorities to plan and execute project activities and to to ensure the utmost quality of program;
  • Deliver TOT, workshop, trainings, meetings and other program related activities at the working areas;
  • Develop, design, revise and execute the training curriculum/supplementary/new trainings and workshops  ensuring its relevance to the context
  • Collect, compile and translate the evaluation data collected (including filling in data from questionnaires);
  • Compile and submit weekly reports on performance and evaluation of the trainings to CMT
  • Conduct surveys and interviews with target beneficiaries and local stakeholders;
  • Follow-up activities and updates of Girls Support Committees, School Support Committees, and prepare reports accordingly;
  • Prepare database of school information including number and contact details of teachers, students, trainers, observers, mentors, PTAs, SMCs, local authorities, etc.;
  • Handle Complaint Response Mechanism on behalf of Hamro Palo;
  • Coordinate with Admin and Logistics Officer and Supervisor to make necessary arrangement for program related and workshop logistics such as venue, meals, accommodation and travel for field trips,materials i.e. stationary, banner, distribution materials etc.;
  • Represent Hamro Palo and its program, coordinate and establish a network with relevant organizations and individuals in the working areas. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree graduate from a recognized Board/University
  • At least 2 year of progressive working experience in the field of social issues
  • Significant knowledge of local context,
  • Excellent report writing and documentation skills,
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Ability to work independently and a team player
  • General computer skills are essential- Internet, emails and MS EXCEL and MS Word
  • Focused individual with capacity to plan and manage in a multiple deadline working environment

Working Hours:

8 hours per day - 5 days a week. 

Salary: 30,360/-
