Job Description:

• Conducting market research; handle all marketing and business development activities contacting prospective clients; make profitable deals
• Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing plans and strategies to meet company objectives 
• Sound knowledge on promotional activities
• Evaluating marketing campaigns;
• Monitoring competitor activity;
• Maintaining quality service by following organization standards
• Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationship
• A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Basic Knowledge of operating Mobile Application and financial transactions

Skills/Requirements:

• Master Degree (MBA with specialization in Marketing is preferred)
• At least 3-4 years of experience in related field 
• Intelligent and quick witted
• Smart and good looking
• Excellent communication/ writing skills in English and Nepali
• Team leading capability
• Should have sound knowledge of Email, MS Word, Internet
• Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Confident in overcoming rejection and setting challenging goals on a daily basis
• Must be able to work accurately, under pressure

For Marketing Officer 

Job responsibilities:

• Contributing to marketing plans and strategies; promotional activities
• Evaluating marketing campaigns;
• Monitoring competitor activity;
• Assist in market research; contacting prospective clients; make profitable deals
• Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
• Involve in digital marketing through social media

Skills/Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree (with specialization in Marketing is preferred )
• At least 1 -2 years of experience in related field 
• Intelligent and quick witted
• Smart and good looking
• Excellent communication/ writing skills in English and Nepali
• Should have sound knowledge of Email, MS Word, Internet
• Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Confident in overcoming rejection and setting challenging goals on a daily basis
• Must be able to work accurately, under pressure
• Must be able to work in Group
• Knowledge of Mobile Financial Services and Banking financial transactions
