JOB DESCRIPTION

This position requires the successful candidate to lead the brokerage division of Nana Properties by driving sales through agency services of purchasing, selling and renting real estate.

  • Maintain good rapport with new and existing clients
  • Drive sales through promotions, networking, open houses, listing services, advertising, etc
  • Use effective and pragmatic marketing activities/strategies to increase clients
  • Understand clients’ needs and financial abilities to suggest/recommendproperties/options that suit them the best
  • Provide guidance and help clients in renting/purchasing/selling property at the right price under the best terms
  • Perform comparative market research and analysis to estimate properties’ value
  • Advise clients sincerely on prices, market conditions, legal requirements and related issues in order to ensure a fair and honest deal
  • Independently carry out viewings, showings of properties and open houses for potential buyers/clients.
  • Maintain and update listings/database of available properties and clients
  • Develop networks and work with other companies/agents and real estate contractors to bring in sales
  • Supporting the marketing manager in marketing activities
  • Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales
  • Remain up-to-date about real estate market trends and patterns, legal and administrative requirements; and best practices
  • Bringing property deals to a close

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven working experience as a real estate agent/broker or a proven track of successful sales record
  • Self-driven and able to work flexibly to meet deadlines
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
  • Honest and trustworthy
  • Strong, tactful and confident communicator
  • Good at  Multitasking
  • Digital Savvy (able to use Social media, search engines, email, MS Office and other web based applications with ease)
  • Basic designing idea (able to use Photoshop or other software for design and editing work)
  • Flexible approach to work by responding to the needs of the services including at time requirements to work beyond normal working hours 
  • Strong team player, committed to an ethos of continuous improvement

SPECIAL REQUIREMENT:

  • Some Previous Experience in real estate related work or at least 3 years of proven experience in marketing and sales
  • Minimum age of candidate should be 25.
  • Willing to travel across the valley routinely for work
  • Professional and Good work ethics
  • Can work independently
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
