After the recent great-earthquake in Nepal, the need for safer, lighter buildings and better construction methods has become imperative.While a lot of the semi-modern structures built using traditional RCC column-beam brick-block systems fared remarkably well during the earthquakes, the need for an even better solution was felt widely across the building and construction community and its customers. Additionally, given then extent of damages to existing structures, there is a need for a fast, economical and ecological building solution. Future Works Building Solutions Pvt. Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff.
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
- Design print ads and publications.
- Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share.
- Drive overall CRM and direct marketing.
- Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
- Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader.
- Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities
- Expand product solutions and offerings.Plan marketing and branding objectives.
Sound knowledge of advertising and communication.
Experience in vendor management, managing people, and working in a team
Understanding of sales and marketing, project management skills, budget management skills and event management
Oriented towards client satisfaction, systematic approach, high level of ownership in solving problems
Candidates having prior experience in construction field with engineering background(Civil/Structural) will be given more preference for Selection Process.
