Job Position: Manager  (male preferred)

Age: 30-35 years old

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
• Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.Establish strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and options; choosing a course of action; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes.
• Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Leading and managing 250 staffs.

Job Requirements:

• Masters degree holder in mangement or relevent field.(IT background will be preferred)
• Should have at least two years of working experience in related field.
• Should posesses IT knowledge.
• Should have a good command over English and a good communication skill.
• Should have a strong managing and leadership quality.
• Should be smart witha good personality.

Salary: Nrs. 30,000 plus additional bonus (per month)
