Our technical staff on the ground now includes physicians, nurses, surgeons, as well as specialists in water, sanitation and hygiene, mental health and psycho-social support and nutrition.

Details / requirements:

SUMMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure accurate receiving of goods, dispatch and documentation of stock accounting.
  • Ensure GIK tracking is done timely and all related documentation completed.
  • Offloading during receipt and on-loading of items from the ETC warehouse and elsewhere whenever required.
  • Ensure proper stacking of items in the warehouse.
  • Provide any manual work/activities in and around the center.
  • Prepare and circulate periodic stock reports and adhoc
  • Ensure maintenance of warehouse.
  • Any other duty as may be assign from time to time.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Specialized training and / or University Degree
  • 3-4 years in the same field of activities
  • Good level of spoken and written English
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel)
  • Driving license for heavy vehicles IMC + test passed
  • Master 4/4 and use VHF
  • Basic mechanical knowledge
  • Organization skills
  • Know to prioritized
  • Good planning skills
  • Ability to work independently and team player
  • Ability to integrate the IMC policies and procedures
  • Ability to travel and do fieldwork
