Learning Consultant
About the role:
We are looking for a learning consultant.
- Support professional services team to create training materials (user manuals and videos) of our UK based customer projects.
- Plan, design, develop and deliver online customer training sessions.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience on Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in using and/ or designing business applications (CRM or ERP applications preferred)
- Previous trainer experience is not a must, but a plus
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong verbal and written English skills
