Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist team members in reviewing, analyzing, modifying, and documenting departmental processes within each of the organization’s business units. 
• Assist with the recommendation of changes to business processes with the inclusion of new technologies, while being aware of the global impact of those changes. 
• Align the needs of the business units with the capabilities delivered by the IT department, and serve as a liaison between those groups. 
• Successfully master the use of Web and Mobile Technologies to enhance the functionality of software solutions. 
• Assist in the creation of workflow diagrams using Microsoft Visio and Balsamiq.
• Work on multiple projects at one time, while working in a fast-paced environment. 
• Assist in the development and testing of multiple projects, and document changes to projects while gaining an understanding of the software development lifecycle.   
• Assist in providing technical support on each of the applications utilized by the department. Troubleshoot software problems and develop solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, technical certification or one year qualifying work experience required.
• Previous accounting and ERP experience is a plus.   
• Must have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Must be very detail-oriented and analytical in nature, with strong problem solving and decision making skills.   
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and good customer service skills with internal customers required.   
• Must be able to effectively communicate technical requirements and solutions to both technical and nontechnical users.
• .NET/ PHP experience, entry level programming experience, or computer programming coursework is a plus.  
• Must have an above average understanding of various computer applications, including but not limited to: word processing and spreadsheets.   
• A strong desire to learn new technologies and work in a team environment.

Experience: 1+ Year
