SPI is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to manage and drive all aspects of HR operations, who can develop effective relationships with employees,  line managers and lead the human capital development.

Responsibilities :

• Recruiting and staffing;
• Employee onboarding,
• Learning and development, needs assessment, and training;
• Performance management
• Employee relations, and engagement 
• Compensation and benefits administration;
• Employee services and counseling.

Qualification and experience

• Bachelors in Business Administration/HR Management discipline or equivalent. Masters with specialization in Human resource preferred. 
• At least 5 years of Specialized HR related job experience.
• Strong knowledge and experience addressing all aspects of HR management from recruitment till exit interview in addition to HR manager/generalist duties. 
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide variety of people successfully.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
