Tuki Association Sunkoshi is a community based NGO working in child education, child protection, health & nutrition, livelihood, DRR, shelter, emergency response and several development activities for 24 years. It has been working rigorously with several development partner agencies for better community. Now the organization is looking for proactive, self-motivated qualified, experienced and committed human resources to work in following program.. 

Tuki Association Sunkoshi is now seeking qualified, dynamic, well experienced and trained Nepali citizen for the following position 

JOB POSITION: HR & Finance Coordinator  - 1 position

Job description :

The position will be responsible for overall financial management of the organization (Tuki) and financial management under Save the children partnership project agreement. (Supervising finance team, Budget Planning & Monitoring, Handling & Maintaining Accounts in accounting software FAMAS and Financial Reporting etc.)

  • S/he must have sound knowledge and understanding about finance and accounting standards, government’s laws and compliance (VAT, TDS, Income tax), strong command of English & Nepali language in speaking and written and good knowledge of MS office.
  • S/he should have sound knowledge and skill in program designing, planning, financial monitoring, reviewing and reporting on FAMAS.
  • The position holder should possess interpersonal communications and coordination skills to work effectively in multi-cultural environment with wide variety of stakeholder.
  • S/he should perform other work related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the supervisor.
  • S/he should maintain all financial records in the accounts and ensure that these records are accurate and up to date.
  • S/he should perform the task related to inland revenue office, CIT  and other maintain all financial records in the accounts and ensure that these records are accurate and up to date.
  • S/he should maintain records of human resource, administrative and financial records in the accounts and ensure that these records are accurate and up to date.

Minimum Required Qualification and experience: 

  • At least Bachelors degree in Business Studies/ Business Administration or equivalent level financial management degree having minimum 3 years of work experience in Finance, HR management and Account. As this position is senior position for HR and Finance management, preference will be given to the candidates who have completed master degree in relevant subjects. 
  • Candidate's work experience is count after completion of their academic degree in similar/not less than this position/ responsibility. 

SKILLS/QUALITIES:

Candidate should be proactive and be able to perform multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision in Account and Financial management. S/he should have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and should have good knowledge and skill on Account keeping, documentation and financial reporting in computer software. Ability and experience of working in time pressure will also be an asset for this program.

Job LOCATION: Based in Chautara/Thumpakhar, Sindhupalchok. 

Preferences and priority:

Preference will be given for the candidates having previous experience, skill, knowledge and higher level academic background with the capacity of working in team building and team cooperation.
