Hostess
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet guests and patrons personally
- Offer appropriate seating arrangements
- Present menus and push for our wine sales
- Ensure the quantity of menus is sufficient to cater to the number of guests
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure all orders are filled in a timely and accurate fashion
- Set up dining rooms and make reservation arrangements
- Maintain clean and organized tables and work area
- Assist room service when and as needed
- Manage event related work including setting up tables and maintaining both exterior and interior of the restaurant
- Need to be able to work around difficult situations and must possess exceptional organizational skills and problem solving abilities
- Inform customers of special monthly promotions, marketing events and wine tasting sessions
REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Essential 2-3 years experience
- Full and part time positions available
- Positive team player
- Exceptional customer service & communication skills.
- Confident and outgoing personality.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts and be able to work shifts
- Experience in wine preferred.
- Minimum education: bachelor
