Job Position: Front Office Manager (Ladies)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any field.
Experience: At least one year in related field.
Job Responsibilities:
- receive and direct visitors and clients
- answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Keep the reception area tidy
- carry out the task delegated by the management
Key Competencies:
- English and Nepali typing is a must
- knowledge of MS Office tools
- verbal and written communication skills in English Language (MUST)
