Forecasting & Quantification Specialist

Chemonics International, an implementing partner of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), seeks qualified candidates for the USAID Global Health Supply Chain (GHSC) - Procurement and Supply Management (PSM) project in Nepal. GHSC-PSM will serve as the primary vehicle through which USAID will procure and furnish health commodities, provide technical assistance to improve Nepal’s management of the supply chain, and collaborate with key international and local stakeholders to support U.S. government-funded public health initiatives in Nepal.

We are looking for a Forecasting & Quantification Specialist with as at least 5 years of experience in working in supply chain management and conducting forecasting and quantification activities, who will lead and deliver the project’s technical assistance efforts in the areas of forecasting and supply planning. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in forecasting and supply planning and/or supply chain management systems.
• Skilled in the use of MIS systems for forecasting and supply planning.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cooperating partners in implementing complex programs.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications skills.
• Proficiency in Nepali and English required.
