Mercy Corps Nepal works to build the absorptive, adaptive and transformative potential of vulnerable individuals and communities across Nepal. The goal is attained through a systems based approach to market development, financial services, disaster risk reduction, climate change adaptation and youth engagement. Mercy Corps began its operation in Nepal in 2005, with projects focusing on the sectors of economic and food security; climate, natural resource and disaster risk management; youth engagement; with the inclusion of women and disadvantaged groups as important cross-cutting themes throughout each intervention area.

Promoting Agriculture, Health and Alternative Livelihoods (PAHAL) is a five-year program funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development’s Office of Food for Peace (FFP). The program seeks to strengthen livelihoods, improve nutritional status and increase the capacity of vulnerable households to mitigate, adapt to and recover from shocks and stresses common to the mid-western and far-western regions of Nepal.

PAHAL invites expression of interest from Consultancy Firms/Consultants for providing Human Resource Consultancy.

Interested and experienced Consultancy Firms/Consultants may download an electronic scope of work and tender documents from http://nepal.mercycorps.org and submit the proposal (Narrative and Financial) limited to no more than 5 pages with CVs shall reach the following address not later than 4:00 p.m. on October 04, 2016 in a sealed envelope with subject: Procurement Department – “Proposal for Human Resource Consultancy”.  Please register your submission of proposal at the reception of Mercy Corps office.  Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted for further selection process.
