Details / requirements:
Future Works Building Solutions Pvt. Ltd. a leading construction company formed as a joint venture partnership with Pinnacle LGS LLC, USA and Local Partners which provides modern construction technology to Nepal is looking for a draftsperson.
Job Description:
- Obtain and assemble data to ocmplete architectural designs, visiting job sites to compile measurements as necessary.
- Draw rough and detailed scale plans for foundations, buildings and structures, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, enhineering calculations, specification sheet and other datas.
- Lay out and plan interior room arrangements using CAD equipment and software.
- Represent architect on construction sites with design specifications and advising on design corrections, under architect's supervision.
Job Specification:
- Should have excellent Auto CAD skills.
- Should have good knowledge of drafting Architectural and Structural drawings.
- Excellent computer skills.
Salary: 12000/-
* High preference to those with sketch up knowledge.
** Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
