Details / requirements:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare proposals in response to RFP’s for Government Agencies, NGO’s and INGO’s
- Prepare standard proposals, quotations and official letters for existing and new clients
- Ensure proper documentation of the communications materials
- Be updated, informed and knowledgeable about each product
- Completely revamp the existing documentation standards and set new standards for the long run
- Assist the Marketing and Communications department to prepare press releases, letters, product documents and other related materials
JOB SPECIFICATION:
- Proven experience in documentation is a must
- Candidate should possess excellent writing and editing skills in English. Candidate is expected to produce finely written initial drafts without any interventions.
- Candidate should be well versed in the MS-Office package
- Knowledge of electronic publishing software is a huge plus
- Ability to work and act under pressure
- Must be detail-oriented and organized
OTHER SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT:
- Prior work experience in an IT organization shall be an added advantage

Experience: AT least one year
Education qualification: BBA, BBS or any relevant field
