Job Position: Customer Service Executive - 02
Job Nature: Permanent with initial 6 months probation period
Job Descriptions:
- Handling telephone inquiries and telemarketing
- Building corporate relationship with new and existing clients.
- Handing customer Comments and complains.
- Providing quality client service to maintain long-term client relation and client network
- Arranging and managing customer data base and related documents properly.
Job Specifications:
- Should have 10+ 2 academic qualification
- Should be proficient in computer office applications
- Prior experience in call center and customer service department will be added advantages.
- Preference will be given for those who possess own 2 wheeler and valid driving license.
Salary: 10000 to 15000
However based on qualification and performance the salary can be revised after 6 months
