Job Location: DevkotaMarg, Old Baneshwor, 3rd Floor Himalaya SahakariBhawan, Kathmandu-10, Nepal.

Job Title: Senior Counselors-2  (Australia, USA, Japan)/ Instructor -1 (IELTS, PTE-A, TOEFL)/Marketing Cum IT -1 and Receptionist -1(Female):

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Counselors (AUSTRALIA, USA AND JAPAN):

  • Should complete a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Two years’ experience for counseling and documentation for abroad study.
  • Set the target and work for its accomplishment. 
  • Good knowledge about Australia documentation and financial calculations (GTE)
  • Should know visa process and change in visa policies.
  • Good communication and convincing skill, fluency in written & spoken English.
  • Ability to organize, multitask, priorities and work under pressure.
  • Dealing with clients and guest from abroad.
  • Excellent team player and proficient in computing.

Instructors:

  • Should complete master degree with major English.
  • Twoyears’ experience for teaching IELTS, PTE-A and TOEFL. (Morning, afternoon& Evening shift).
  • CELTA Certified and TEFL Certified Instructor.
  • Good communication and convincing skill.
  • Good knowledge of information technology.
  • Provide handout & reference material to students.
  • Conduct weekly mock test.
  • Receive feedback of students and corrective action should be taken for its betterment.

Marketing Cum IT Officer:

  • Prepare marketing plan andfulfill the target.
  • Create marketing campaigns and working with the company’s external PR agency to see them executed.
  • Creating & developing new innovative ways to communicate the company’s services to the client.
  • Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
  • Possess the Information Technology information hardware & software friendly.
  • Provide assistance to customer service, academic and counseling dept.
  • Ability to organize, multitask, priorities and work under pressure.

Front Desk Officer:

  • Day to Day duty of handling Front desk.
  • Soft spoken and good communication skill.
  • Provide information about our services.
  • Maintain good relationship with the clients.
  • Proficient in handling Microsoft Office Package, Printer and Internet.
  • Ability to organize, multitask, priorities and work under pressure.
  • Event planning & organization.
