Job Position: Civil Engineer

Job Location: Itahari and Biratnagar

Schedule: Full-time

Eligibility: Bachelor in Civil Engineering, or equivalent or above; and at least three years of experience in Housing Sector, preferable Affordable Housing Sector.

Job Description:

• Preparation of Bill of Quantities, Construction Specifications, Structural Design and Drawings.
• Preparation of Construction Work Schedule, Man Power and Cash Flow Chart.
• Supervision and implementation of ongoing construction work accordance to the work Schedule.
• Maintain the quality control work and time management.
• Guidance to site supervisors.

Regular reporting to the Chief: Design and Construction regarding site works.

Other duties as assigned by the Chief: Design and Construction.

Computer Skills:

• AutoCAD 2D, MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power-point, Adobe Photoshop and Structural Analysis Software.
