The Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) is the global humanitarian organization of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Through an international network, ADRA delivers relief and development assistance to individuals in 130 countries—regardless of their ethnicity, political affiliation, or religious association. ADRA in Nepal works in livelihood, health, education and disaster risk management sectors. Currently, ADRA Nepal has been implementing its programs in 21 districts of the country.

The Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) is a global humanitarian agency that seeks to identify and address social distortions and deprivation in developing countries. Through its international network ADRA works in more than 130 countries with people in poverty and distress to create just and positive change through empowering partnerships and responsible action. ADRA has been active in Nepal since 1987 with a successful portfolio of Health Program serving to the unreached population in the remotest villages of the remote districts form east to far western region of Nepal.
A consultant is an individual engaged by the ADRA Nepal from time to time under atemporary contract to provide expertise, skills or knowledge for the performance of a specific task or piece of work, which would be short-term by nature, against the payment of an all-inclusive fee. The work assignment may involve full-time or part-time functions such as the provision of
- Translation (English to Nepali and vice-versa)
- Editing (Reports, Publications etc.)
- Training (Public Health related eg. Comprehensive sexuality Education, Health Logistics etc.) and research/survey.
ADRA Nepal is seeking qualified consultants to prepare a roster for providing above mentioned task/work. Hence, the ADRA Nepal invites applications from Nepalese nationals with strong academic qualifications and experiences in the given areas. Interested individuals meeting required criteria are requested to submit their resume along with application by 20th March 2018.
