Details / requirements:
Job Description
- Plan, Direct and Administer the working of the whole branch office
- Develop new and existing business opportunities to achieve resource and financial objectives within plan
- Recruiting, Supervising and Motivating the human resources of branch as per Human Resource Manual and Policy
- Coordinating and Communicating with Headquarter to achieve objectives and goals
- Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals to ensure best practices
Qualification & Experiences:
- Education: Candidate must have Bachelor Degree or above preferably in Management Background
- Experience: Minimum two-years of experience in a managerial position or similar field.
- Candidate must possess strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
- Excellent in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Valid Driving License Bearer
