JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Banking Card Switch Administrator -1 No

REQUIREMENTS

• Have expert knowledge of Card Switch, ATMs and POS Terminals and other payment banking technologies.
• Implement upgrades or changes to the Card Switch, ATMs and POS Terminals for performance, security or business benefits.
• Test and implement Business Continuity plans for Card Switch System, ATMs, POS Terminals and other payment channels
• Manage technical support for the Card Switch and the devices connected to the Card switch – namely ATM Machines, POS Terminals and other payment channels.
• Oversee the configuration and tuning of Interfaces between Rupaiya Network and Partner Networks
• Provide technical support in projects involving Card Systems, POS Terminals and Agency Banking solutions.
• Maintain and manage system configurations.
• Monitor the performance of the Card Switch, ATMs, POS Terminals and payment channels to ensure smooth running of these systems.
